When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once processed, most in stock products ship within 24-48 hours. Our print on demand products will ship separately from our printers. If your order contains products from both warehouses, they will be shipped separately (you will only be charged once for shipping) to ensure faster delivery of your order. 

- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, along with a tracking number.
- Depending on availability and location of items, your order may be shipped in separate packages, but don't fret! We will keep you updated with information for each package.

How do pre-orders work? Why should I pre-order?
Pre-ordering items guarantee you stock of popular items that are currently in production. Yay! 
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped to you first. 
- Should your pre-order become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do all we can to secure your item. If not, you will be refunded ASAP to your original method of payment. We really hope that doesn't happen, though.

Where is my pre-order?
Pre-orders are shipped separately from in-stock items. We will ship out your pre-order(s) once they arrive at our warehouse, and you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. Manufacturer estimated release dates will be listed on the product page, but please be aware that delays are common and unfortunately out of our control. We know, we know...the wait is torture, but so worth it!

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel by e-mailing us with your order number. Please note: backorders and pre-orders cannot be canceled. 

I provided the wrong information for my order! How do I fix it?
Oops! No worries, if your order hasn't shipped, you still have time. E-mail us ASAP with the correct information and we'll get it fixed for you.
